I have created 2 mosaics from your pictures. You chose the size . In the mosaic on the right (Version B) the saturation has been slightly increased so that the colours look a little bit more brilliant. But in the end, it is a matter of taste which version you prefer.

How can I change the single images’ layout?

It isn’t possible to change the smaller images layout. If you wish to do so, you will need to create a new mosaic. Any modifications brought to a mosaic will be prioritised and should take less than 30 minutes total. The new mosaic will replace the previous version. Create a new preview

How can I add more single pictures to my mosaic?
Here’s how: “Edit mosaic” => Your individual images “Upload more images” => “Create a free preview”
You can upload up to 1000 images total (in JPEG, PNG format) at any given time. Once you have uploaded your images, make sure to create a new preview. Your pictures will then be integrated in the new version of your mosaic. Any changes brought to a mosaic will be prioritised and will take under 30 minutes. Upload more single pictures

Can I modify the single images’ size?
No, small images will always be 2.5 cm wide. We’ve worked out that this size is the perfect balance between recognizability of the single images and the main image.

How can I change my main image?
Here’s how: “Edit mosaic” => Your main image “Upload a different image” => “Create a free preview”
Changing your main image is really simple – just go to “Edit mosaic”, upload your new image and then create a new preview. The new version of the mosaic will include your new image and will replace the previous version. These edits are prioritised and will take less than 30 minutes. Change your main image now

How can I rotate images? (change picture orientation)
Here’s how: “Edit mosaic” => Your individual images (click on the spanner) / Upload more images
All single images can be rotated. Just click on the image and select the arrow (either clockwise or anti-clockwise). Don’t forget to save your work! Rotate images now

Can I change the mosaic’s size/format?
Here’s how: “Edit mosaic” => Choose mosaic size => Create a free preview
Absolutely. Just to the “select size” section, and pick the appropriate format. If you wish to change the mosaic’s aspect ratio, you will need to make sure that the main image’s aspect ratio is what you want.

Is there a limit to the number of times I can request a free preview?
No – you can modify your mosaic as many times as you like. Previews are always free, and can be created to your heart’s content. Costs will only occur if you choose to have your mosaic printed.

Help! Some of my images are not appearing, or are all black.
Delete black images. “Edit mosaic” => Your individual images “Edit all photos”
In case you seen black images in your mosaic, this will most likely be linked to your file being corrupted, or files which are not in the correct format. You can simply delete these black images by going into “XXX” and delete these individual images.

Can I print my mosaic in black and white?
You can. Right under your preview, you can see a “In monochrome” link. This will allow you to edit your mosaic from colour to black and white.
