I truly appreciated how quickly the order arrived and the overall quality of the packaging and materials. However, I must admit I was slightly disappointed with the final result, as it did not fully meet my expectations. I had assumed that the main photo would be clearly displayed with the background photo color and design, but instead, it appears that the background photo has been faded into the main image. This gave a different visual effect than I had anticipated. I still appreciate your work and efforts, and I understand that interpretations can vary. Excellent idea and the technology behind it is superb. Ordering and web uploads worked great and the efficiency was stunning. I chose a canvas print and i must admit a bit disappointed with the final product. The small photos that make up the mosaic are very hard to see.
